  1. Slice the shallots then soften with the light olive oil.
  2. Add the mustard and cook for a little bit.
  3. Add the flour and form a paste.
  4. Add the milk slowly while mixing and then cook for a minute. Add the egg and mix.
  5. Add the cheese and cook until melted. Add some salt and pepper.
  6. Cook the pasta in a separate pot.
  7. Drain the pasta once done, then combine the cheese and pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. It is going to be an uncomfortable amount of salt.
